@Jk Kjn i means he was good in the moment he let dog get a family and home to be happy i dont means in the past bcs what he done was not good. He was his owner thanks God he said he cant cares of the dog and he let him search by family bcs if he wanted he can stay with it.
he clearly cares for her, but since she's afraid of him he cant take care of her anymore so yes it is a good decision!

He tried to let her go the first time but then she ran away.
I do blame him, he waited way to long to even ask for help, a wound like that doesn't just appear in a week.. this dog has been suffering for maybe months!

No but the first step was acceptance of his part in the issue the second step recognizing she would do better with a new owner he may never forgive himself but he can cope knowing he did what was best for her

We usually don't eat dogs anymore, it became quite rare.
I have 2 dogs and they are fluffy af and I will do anything not to lose them.
If you see a dog missing, is just we traded/gave them away for a new owner because some of us can't afford to raise a dog, mainly because they are poor or the responsibility to raise a dog is too big so they gave them away for a better owner that can raise them better
Yes , they still eat dogs I’m sorry to say that . Even though I’m coming from Vietnam too but if you travel further into country side they still “ enjoy “ eating dogs , which is really sad to talk about it

Not only dog but cat. The animal cases that got injured and need to be saved are hopeless. There is no rule to protect them in Vietnam. Small organization for protecting animal is quite rare and hard to keep up for a long time. :(((((((((

She wasn’t tortured. If you just skipped through parts or some sh*t- her old owner put her on a leash but she didn’t like it so he took the leash of (the chain attached to the wall) she ran off.

я заметила что он постоянно чешет нос и отводит взгляд, когда говорит о том что пытался поймать её и что ему жаль её. это первый признак вранья. и после того как он отказался от неё дало понять что ему совершенно было плевать
