I never tire of hearing this. Great musically, of course, and it allows me to close my eyes and hear Jesus speaking through Bryan’s wonderful paraphrase. I saw Sweet Comfort in college at lunch in our quad in 1976 or so. One of several times. Great voice!

Yes the first time I saw him in concert was in the late 70's at Evangel University with Sweet Comfort band, about 20 years later I met the bass player Kevin Thompson and jammed with him and some others on Sunday nights in Huntington Beach, Ca wonderful time, condolences to his wife Robin and family. I still love hearing Sweet Comfort Band.

@@pamelah6431 The condolences are referring to the passing of Kevin Thompson of the Sweet Comfort Band. Kevin went to be with God several years ago. Bryan gave a very moving eulogy for him.
My man! We won the Breaking the ice Album in a battle of the bands when I was in High School. This song helped me get to know Christ! Wish you could come to Tulsa and do a live show! This gen needs to knw this music!
