This year I had the privilege to audition for the Voice. I decided to audition not only because my friends were begging me to but once I saw that Gwen Stefani as going to be a judge, I jumped at the opportunity. No Doubt is such a big influence for me growing up. I would blast their records and I related to every lyric that Gwen Stefani sang. She sang with such conviction and had this energy about her that I admired. She wasn't afraid to rock out on stage or say whats on her mind. I never have auditioned for a TV show before and didn't know what to expect. I auditioned and I got called back! I got called back but didn't make it to the round of being in California with all the judges present. It was such a great experience and I'm glad I decided to do it. Even though, I didn't make it to be in the room with Gwen Stefani, I still want to reach out to her and get her to listen to our cover with everyones help. Like and share our video.
