In Tekken 7 it's not necessary because everything is already professionally well adjusted to make the fights last long enough. And in fact, you can't set handicap in Tekken 7.
I think 90% of my character playtime is Akuma followed by Bryan and Devil Jin at like 7 and 3 percent respectively. The hardest thing about that combo is the hado fadc to back 1, I can barely do it 1 out of 20 times in practice mode. The demon flips are easy but the dash jabs are extremely hard for me on pad.

Damn is Gouki really 40+ in character picks? I solo main him and I thought everyone in the Tekken community was losing their shit over the combos and stuff. Half the FADC combos I do are combos I practiced for hours upon hours and people in the Tekken community just saying what I do takes no skill and that I should stop playing the character I love really ruins my motivation to play the game. It's the same thing with super akouma. I've done that combo before, but only in training mode after consistent grinding. This man is so good he got it first try off of an upforward 4 hitconfirm in a high stakes tournament match for real money, yet people just look past that because "lol gouki broken". There's no credit given, but honestly, if he's that broken, good. People want to complain? Learn the matchup. Don't discredit players

when ex tatsu is blocked, you don’t only lose a bar of meter, you lose the whole round, akuma needs rage, 2 bars of meter and an unthinkable dream for someone to get hit by his focus attack for a death combo, even then you need Godlike execution to even capitalize on something so unbelievably rare. any character with a skill ceiling so high isn’t broken, egotistical people are just angry that there is someone who is way better than them.

So i want to join the mentally minus gang by saying that electric is weak because it is a high and you can avoid getting launched ny blocking. I know its pretty weak in comparison but im not an akuma player, so my sense of humor is not that advanced

HypocriteManSWE here, telling you to not complain about Akuma because he's barely picked, even though I have complained and asked for nerfs for Akuma many times, have called the 2D experiment a failure etc. That same clip was one that many people complained about, him included. We don't play against many Akuma players because not many players pick Akuma in a Tekken game, not everyone that picks him sticks with him, and noobs over-represent most characters. So of course the majority won't be doing this stuff. Play against Akuma mains, and you will get robbed. This stuff isn't that hard, nor does it justify erasing your healthbar due to one opening that he only got due to being a SF character. Man, this guy loves over simplifying every argument.
