I've been trying to make a Shiloh beat for a while but I can't get it to be on time with my drums I don't see how people do it like that.
With things like that and when it comes to sampling for me, I just sort of experiment with the tempo, depending on what vibe Im going for first, then I;ll try to stretch it to make it fit and change the pitch etc. Tbh Im still not great at sampling but for me its a trial and error, as well as experimental phase for me still. And with small clips like this where you dont know the tempo you just have to take the time to experiment and try different stuff out, and I can say it is a very lengthy process when it comes down to it but practice and eventually you will get better at it.

Dude how did you directly put those hats ? Im beginner
I just right clicked the hats and clicked fill every 2 steps, and manually changed the velocity of the hats. Hope this helps what you were asking.
