I’ve wrapped my grey plate in press and seal 😁 the ink wipes off better and I change it when it gets too inky.

OOOOOH can’t wait to try my press plates with the embossing technique. I wasn’t sure we could use these plates for this technique, but it looks so deeply embossed as well as debossed on the opposite side…. you’ve done it again Jennifer Thanks!!

Omg, loved these cards especially the last one. I love my betterpress and I love Pinkfresh so I am beyond excited to see them bringing out more press plates. So we no longer need foil plates, just buy press plates. Saves money. I do have a lot of foil plates but would love to get more press plates. Beautiful Jennifer.❤

I dont have a glitter foil machine but i do foil my cards using my cricut foil. It uses pressure to foil, so one day, I decided to try it. And it worked beautifully.

i have a question, it’s kind of hard to take the glitter out from its base and by pooling it out (it’s hard) then the glitter impresión moves and I have gust or duplicate foiled image. How can I avoid that to happen please?

Hey, Jennifer, thank you for this comprehensive guide and all the inspiration. I am still on the fence about the Betterpress (cost and space vs. all the fun) and had experimented with a plate I got in a kit using the impression (rubber mat) method you showed here. In particular considering that you also showed that ink could be added this was, too, I am now wondering: what is the difference (apart from convenience, e.g. the magnets) between this and using the plates as intended in the Betterpress. I would really appreciate your help on this! Kind regards from Germany, Nicola
The Letterpress gives a deeper more crisp and detailed impression.

I have a LOT of beautiful flower stamps from before layered stenciling. The stenciling is much faster and versatile. I’m wondering if there is a way to create stencils for these older stamps I invested in?
Would these companies go back and make stencils for them?

I have the Big Shot Switch plus and it doesn't come with the embossing flex mat so can you use a magic mat? Can you use the press plates with a mini minc? Does the Gina K ink pads do as good of job as the ones you were just using?
A magic mat is very different from an embossing mat. And press plates can not be used in a laminator (Mini). You can trust that any of the inks that I use are high quality. Just pick colors you like!

I purchased the couture creations goletterpress. It has no shims and the plate is attached. Played with it but not happy with the results. Can you compare

Press plates look like betterpress plates? Are they the same, just a different company? Why are some different colours? Does it mean something different? Can I foil with all plates?
