I had issues with neck spasm so I got a pulse massager from shopcrackneck, there's a ton of cheap alternatives online, and it really helped me out combined with proper stretching and exercise
Insurance companies need to provide Chiro and Massage Therapy in all plans...so sad that they do not see these industries as a must for good well-being.
