Why does most of these hotels in Jamaica don’t have a Jamaican Restaurant, isn’t that one of the reasons people go to Jamaica is to get the full experience ?

They are not Jamaican owned, so they cater to the foreigners from a foreign perspective. I am heading to this hotel on Wednesday. I have been here before and have seen improvement in adding local dishes but at a minimum standard.
