Wow they are going after Tommy for his life and limb thats against the law! They are not the ones who insured that treasure also when that ship sank the insurance on the cargo was collected. The shipwreck had another salvage crew 9 years ago reinvested with better equipment and with an estimated 1 billion left on the floor a mile down they will need that time . My gut says Tommy got his first haul in , had plenty of his own money , pulled up a lifestime worth of money , then decide to dip .
