It's a luxurious 5 bedroom presidential bush villa in the wild actually the best at olpajeta conservancy bush houses
RATES WITH ALL DAY DINNING
1st November to 23rd December Ksh. 7,500 per person per night
Dec 24th 25th 26th Ksh. 15,000 per person per night
Dec 27th 28th 29th 30th 10,000 per person per night
31st Dec 01st 02nd Jan 2021 15,000 per person per night
The above rates include: -
-Accommodation in tastefully decorated presidential villa with king size beds 4 lounges indoor and outdoor dining and endless gardens in the wild
- professional chef and villa hostess/ house Keeper
-All day dinning with mouthwatering gourmet meals including soft drinks
- one cooking class of your favorite meal during your stay when the chef is free
-Use of all facilities in the luxurious Bush villa ie board games and entertainment
-Free access to the clubhouse with swimming pool.
- jogging and nature walks with herbivorous wild animals in the 1000acres of wildlife sanctuary part of olpajeta conservancy with great mount kenya views
NOTES
1. The above rates are based on 10pax sharing the presidential bush villa
2. If your group is less than 10pax less ksh. 2500 per person which is the direct cost of food and utilities by missing people.
3. If you have more than 10pax add Ksh. 6000 person
4. maximum capacity of the villa is 12pax with 2rooms accommodating tripples by adding a smaller extra bed to the rooms with king size beds
5. If your group is bigger than 12pax we recommend you book an extra budget or medium villa nearby but your guests can enjoy our beautiful palace and all day dining at an extra 6000 per person max 20pax
6. Infants sharing room with adults 0 - 5yrs is free but alert us early if babycot is needed.
7. Minimum 2 nights per booking but we recommend 3 nights for ultimate relaxation in the luxurious villa and adventures in nearby conservatories in Laikipia

We have an option of self-catering for those who have a preferred private chef who knows how to pamper you with 5 star experiences. Remember this is a palace where you need to enjoy like a queen and king and not to transfer your kitchen to the bush.
