Double Balancier Convexe 42.50 mm | Greubel Forsey

The Double Balancier Convexe features a smaller caseband of 42.50! The guiding idea behind this new diameter is, once again, to push back the limits already set by Greubel Forsey: how to develop a more compact timepiece while preserving the harmony of its proportions and the architecture demanded by its movement.To meet this challenge, we had to rethink the layout of the movement and perfect its finish - a possibility offered by the high level of expertise at the Greubel Forsey workshops, where each timepiece is entirely assembled and finished by hand. This allows the Atelier's craftsmen to adapt their art piece by piece, according to the specific editions of each collection. The 42.5 mm Double Balancier Convexe will limited to only 88 pieces, available between 2023 and 2026.
