I’ve just smoked some blue lotus flower before watching the vid, I’ve been a fan of this channel for years and coincidentally come across this vid after trying it for the first time, it’s very soothing for me, definitely a good alternative to smoking marijuana if that’s something you wish to quit

blue lotus is amazing but I will advise people to be careful consuming it because there is a chemical in there similar to what vets give dogs to induce vomiting. I drank some and I felt great but my buddy was neck deep in the toilet vomiting profusely lol
