If electoral bonds are illegal then why the all political party especially the ruling party are keeping that money with them.
Why the receiver would not pay any tax with those money afterall this is a source of incomes.
Taxes have to be imposed on the total money earned by the receiver of the electoral bonds.
These donation are taxable in the hands of parties as it is not spent for purpose donoted.
