I have recently went through MDcat securing 167 marks in my first attempt and I know this year is not gonna be mine but mark my words Allah Almighty will help me go through it well and I am gonna improve next year.

Join some field and prepare for MDCAT
I wouldn't agree on not joining a university for a BS program. I myself got 187 and have 94% aggregate despite the fact that I joined PU for a BS degree.

@@SALAR__WORLD814 STEP ki practise book h aik to, wo apko net pe easily pdf mil jygi, aur kips k mcq notes (they are great), Star k notes thory diehard hein, matlab utny mushqil mcqs mdcat mei nai aty but if u've got time, unmei se bhi randomly krlein just to grasp a good concept
