Guys, I’m not sure what is going on, but a few people have said there is ZERO sound on this vid. I’ve played it back on all my devices, and it works fine. This issue is not with my vid, itself, and can only assume there is a CZcams glitch/problem.
I can hear you ❤️
I can hear you perfectly.
It's working fine for me 😀
Here, in Brazil, the sound is perfect
Working fine
I have worked with natural crystals and stones for 40+ years. Your faux stones, even with the plaque inclusions, are the closest to natural stones I have seen. I now have an affordable alternative for my clients. You came through loud and clear. Video sound is fine on all of my devices also.
Sound was fine for me. I REALLY like the effect of the gold liquid clay used as a vein. I would never have thought of doing that but now I see so many possibilities for it as an inclusion. These are just beautiful, Deb. Another great tutorial. Thank you so much.
I must say the way you do this makes so easy to understand so thank you for your tutorials and information much appreciated.xx
This is one of my favorites that you’ve done. I love the natural look of it. It’s so elegant.
Stunning! I've not worked with polymer clay for years and I'm dying to start again sometime! Thanks for a great video!
Sound is perfect on my side! And I LOVE these! That orange reminds me of different kind of honey. But they are ALL gorgeous! I do love me some translucent and metal!
I really love those colours, they're gorgeous. xx
These are some excellent results! Thank you very much for this wonderful tutorial!
Gorgeous!
Absolutely beautiful, thank you
Oh my goodness those are BEAUTIFUL! GREAT JOB! I love them all!

Beautiful! I love them, they look like real gemstones. 😍
Love them. Can’t wait till I get my craft room back together then I can try some of your ideas out. That’s Hun.
Fantastic tutorial! Thank you so much!
wow, those are so gorgeous and really do look like gemstone pendants, love it
What fab ideas you come up with Deb, they just keep getting better and better. Thank you so much for sharing :D
Thank you 💕
Your work is the best on YT. I'm just starting out with this form of art. Your videos are so easy to follow. Thank you so much. ❤
Absolutely love!!!

Very informative, thank you!
Absolutely gorgeous! I am new to polymer clay and this is what I want to be able to do! Thank you!

😘
OMG... Lovedddd it 😍
So pretty and I love the color!!! i just received my first order from O Joy Creations including the pendant cutter that you love to use. I can't wait to try them all!!!
Ty so much!
Magnifique ! Bravo
Absolutely love this stone. I’ve watched this one many times. I know the colors look differently on video; however, it looks like amber to me. If it does looks like amber, you could name it Fantasy Amber. Definitely going to work this one up. Thanks for sharing.
Great results 🧡🧡🙏🏽
Many thanks for the video! I loved it!. Thank you for the link of plaguing, I did not have a clue... I am new to this.
Wonderful technique. I love these. What do you make that I don’t love! You are so creative, bless you! I love the cutters as well. Have a joyous day and thank you so much for sharing your ideas and outcomes with us. It’s all very inspiring!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊
Beautiful as always.lov them.
Still catching up on older videos. Love these!
Thank you for a superb video - sound is perfect here. I don't know why, but when I watch you making these, I always wish I could eat the clay!!! I know I'm weird, but it just reminds me of sweets!!! They're beautiful, thanks Deb. xx
I get that…they are reminiscent of sweets 🤣
Ty x
Absolutely stunning! Your videos are so inspiring and full of quality information and techniques. After I watch one I can't wait to try it. When I was finished trying this, I was blown away. I'd love to share a pic.
Beautiful 💜
That's so cool, I would have been worried it would come muddy. Looks great!
I can hear it perfectly!! Another great video!! Thank you and your hands!! Lol!! Have a beautiful day!!
Beautiful
Wonderful
These are stunning! I just love them. Thank you for all of the hours up until now that have made you such an amazing person as well as a polymer clay artist. You think of everything . Your decision to add that tiny bit of black made a huge impact on your design. I love all of the inclusions, too.
It was fun to hear you talk a bit more. I’ve always enjoyed the fact that you shared your experiences, and I especially love your rants because I’m here, alone, at home and telling the screen how much I agree with you. I guess our sensibilities match very well.
I so love the pieces you created. Such beautiful work.
Hope to see you soon - I’m off to sleep. Hugs
Hugs back at ya! 🤗 🤗
Thanks!
Thank you very much! 💕
Such great methods! You inspire me.😉
This is just beautiful. Can hear you perfectly in Wales UK .
Thank you 💕
Beautiful creations and won't be able to tell apart from real gem stones ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you ❤️
Sound is loud and clear❤😍 Folks claiming no sound need to check their own devices. I'm on my phone and it's perfect. I'm loving this tutorial too❤💞🤩
Thank you.
I really think it was a CZcams glitch. Someone said it didn’t work, but once they refreshed, it came through.
Amazing 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Wowww nice

Sounds good to me! I just wanted to forward this lovely technique to another person!
Beautiful stone, and I got sound 🥰🥰
Ok, well that’s weird. Someone else said they don’t have sound, either.
Thank you!
That's a fantastic mimicry of stone. It looks like calcite.
Thanks…I’ve actually done a honeycomb calcite, too 😁
Not a problem with the sound I am watching it now sounds fine
Love your faux stones very much😃 Thank you for sharing this technique. I thought that faux gems could be made just by chip chop:)
Sound worked great for me 😊 I'm in Washington State USA 🇺🇸
Beautiful, my end it is a yellowy/orange coloring. I love it a French clean color, tfs hugs to you and mrCB lol hope he make another something soon. 😂😂
Beautiful greetings from Italy.
Thank you ❤️
❤
These are beautiful 😍 The green one honestly took my breath away💕 Great work!! I have a question for you…when you resin, do you use a UV light box (for nails) or do you cure it for 24 hours? TIA 🤗
UV resin lamp. See link in description.
Thank you 💕
Great! And I have sound also! I will add this to my library! I was also searching for your opal tutorial and haven’t found it Deb can you possibly guide me to it please, thank you so much! Barbara
Thanks!

When you cut the parallel lines into the layers on the trans block, do you repeat the indentations in the same aspect, or do you turn the block in a systematic or random manner before you make the cuts ? Other words: do we have to pay attention to where the parallel cuts are made ? This is a very worthwhile tutorial. The end result can be used for more than jewelry.
Put the cuts where you want. I just eyeball it
Lovely colors, lovely technique, lovely gold lines. Thank you so much for this wonderful tutorial. You are so inspirational! I do want to try this.
I wonder if gold findings would be better for the orange earrings and pendants?? Just a though.
Thanks!
I really am not a fan of gold. I’ve always preferred silver, but that’s just my personal preference. If you like gold, go for it!
@@clayboutique Sorry, I didn’t mean to be pushy… I know what you mean. Its best to go with your favorite colors! Your orange colored earrings are fabulous!!
I don’t think you were being pushy! You might like it better with gold 💕
@@clayboutique Thank you for saying that. Sometimes I think I say too much…
Hi Deb I love your tutorial I have just ordered my first set of polymer clays and waiting in excitement to get started, I have been binge watching your tutorials for 3 days lol I have learnt so much thus far...I do have one question about your resin ...have you already mixed it and keep it in that bottle or can I purchase it already mixed...also know very little about resins. Thanks for any advice and I'm off to binge some more of you ...your husband cracked me up one the one I saw him do 😆 🤣
It’s UV resin, so you just use it straight from the bottle. Everything is listed in my Amazon storefront.
You will also need a UV curing lamp.
💞
Nothing wrong with the sound here 🤗
I love this technique and especially the orange. Great tutorial once again! This reminds me of citrine which is my birthstone. I like it best with subtle coloring so I would probably make my colored sheets paler. I like the plaques too. It adds to the textures.
I’m thinking for this technique of faux stones the Premo translucent is the way to go since it cures with a yellow tone.
Glad you suggested the option of using clay to color the translucent as I don’t have alcohol inks.
Beautiful ring Deb! Thank you for giving me a good look - those hand movements… you sure you’re not Italian ? 😘🤨
I think there’s some Italian in me, somewhere. Very diluted Italian from way, way, way back.
My dad is Czech, and my mum originates from the Vikings 🤣
Love your videos you make everything look so easy and you explain everything so well...was looking on Amazon for the black cords with organza and you get 50 for just under $10 in Ireland we get 10 for just under €10!! Crazy isn't it
Maybe do another search, because I’ve noticed prices vary. ❤️
Yeah I will because I really like the one you use with the organza so fingers crossed I'll find more but must admit I'd pay the €10 for 10 because I really like them...hope you're fully recovered from COVID now ❤️
Absolutely beautiful! How do you get them so glossy?
Thank you. I can’t believe I didn’t say in the video, I normally do. UV resin.
Супер!... Мне понравился ваш мастер класс...
These are so beautiful, I’m always on the lookout for amber looking stones and this really resembles amber. What do you mean by plaquing?
Thanks.
Air bubbles
Thank you for sharing your videos. Working with clay is so relaxing. I have a question…how do you store the leftover clay?
Thanks.
In ziplock bags
I love your work, very educational and inspiring.
I have a newbie question: how do you resin both the front and back (and sides) and make it look seamless when you later turn the piece around and look at it from every angle? I’m not successful and it’s obvious where I’ve applied the resin. Thank you.
I don’t resin the sides 😊
I sand them through the grits, then buff.
Wow this is amazing!!! I have a question if ok, do you apply resin to get the shiny effect? And if so, do you apply on both sides? And how do you do it so that it comes out perfect on both sides?
Thanks.

czcams.com/video/doBK-lfSz3k/video.html. Resin one side, cure, flip and resin other side. You can add glitter for the back, or not.
Very informative and detailed explanation . ❤ QQ- Do you resin before making hole in the pendant and earrings?
Yes
I don't mind, the sound is fine
Dear Deb another georgous work you're a very volcano ideas thanks sharing your good work it's a nice meeting kisses 🎉🥇👏🏻😘👍sound is ok
Thank you, sweetheart 💕
Is “Plaque” a bad outcome? I think it adds depth, no? Love it!
Not necessarily. I think plaquing in faux stones is acceptable.
Thank you!
Did you do a tutorial on covering wine goblet with clay? If so can you repost the tutorial?
It’s in the group, for one.
Or, go to my channel, click on videos at top of page and scroll down.
I don’t have ink but wouldn’t a thin layer of light medium and darker orange give me the same effect?
Adding a pinch of different orange shades to trans would work.
These are lovely. What's plaquing?
Thanks. I showed you the plaques. Tends to happen in trans clay. It’s just pockets of air that get trapped in the clay.
Hi Deb My sound is perfectly fine.
I wonder if you might give me some advice on resin with translucent clay. I know you really like translucent clay and your projects with it are beautiful. Whenever I include translucent clay, even a small amount, I can't get the resin to cover. It migrates from the edges and leaves holes in the middle!
Thank you.
I have no idea why resin would act any differently on trans clay…I’ve never heard of anyone having this issue. I’m sorry, but I don’t have any suggestions.
@@clayboutique Thanks, Deb. I'm at a loss. Doesn't matter what brand of translucent or different resins also. I appreciate your quick reply.
Erg mooi! where can you buy those molds you use for the earrings?
I left links in the description:
Deb have you made faux lapis lazuli, if not would love it if you would. Tà
I haven’t. I’m not sure whether I will, or not. We’ll see
Where did you get the cutters for these earrings? I've searched all your links provided
From O’Joy Creations, as linked
@@clayboutique ok thanx. I'll look again
U gave resin coating?
Yes, UV resin.
What is plack ? Thank you ☺️❤️

Can i replace the metal leaf to the mica powder ?
If you want to
What paper do you bake them on?
Regular paper
Yes, I think it was a CZcams glitch. Great tutorial, as ususal.
Thank you.
I think it’s been rectified, now 💕
Yeah, I didn't have sound either. 🤔 I watched the video anyway. The pendants came out beautiful.
WTH?
That is so weird.
I’ve played it back on all my devices, and it’s fine
What is an atlas 150
It’s a pasta machine!
When you say plaquing what is that?
I left a link in the description that explains it
Gorgeous but is it just me or is the sound missing?
I think it’s just you. I can hear it
What's plaquing?
Trapped air
