    There are, like axisvm lite, its free structure analysis software, with limitation of 40 nodes,
    Procon software also provide free cloud analysis and design program without limitation, smath studio is mathcad like but free, nanocad 5 is autocad alternative and it is free, other guy might know the rest?

    Yo! MS Excel is not free at all but other "excel like" software like OpenOffice and LibreOffice Calc are free. For frame Analysis, OpenSees are free but it has no Graphical User Interface.

    Anyone know how long it takes to get certified to do engineer reports? I have a foundation repair company and want to start doing my own engineer reports.

      Gotta get a 4 year degree minimum then in another 4 years you can take the PE if you're talking about signing off on them my man
