  • Lisa was born with fibular aplasia, which caused her left leg to be shorter than her right. Age 16, she decided to have her left leg amputated and soon started snowboarding again - the sport she loves so much.
    “Some people don’t realize they can snowboard, and if we can inspire them to go out and have fun and live their lives to the fullest, I think that’s the most beautiful thing we can do for each other”.

    Even though Chris Vos is only 23, he is already one of the most successful para snowboarders of our time.
    “I’ve been dreaming of riding for Burton since I was a kid and now it’s happened. I’m super proud and I hope I can inspire others through this project. Snowboarding is for everyone, on every level.”

    This is a phenomenal series. Loved watching this one first. What a cool spirit share by that couple. The messages at the end were very cool. I would like to write those down the next time I watch the video or make some cards out of them. Thanks to these cool people for sharing their story and for the crew who made this happen. What a nice resource...
