Overall, there are two distinct power categories, height and distance. The height of your jumps and saving your shell for platforming, and the distance of your shots to fight enemies. The Super Acorn is a good powerup. And so is the Fire Flower.

I am amazed that you made this sound like a full fledged song yet kept it recognizable as the star powerup track. Those vocals actually work really well to make that happen and I have no idea why. And I really love the 1-up chime, since that is something you'll often hear on the tail end of a star powerup.
This has been on loop since I heard it on Spotify cuz MAN I truly feel invincible listening to this!
I love that you incorporate other SFX like the newer star theme in mellow chords and the 1-UP chime along side the BEST version of the theme that I am so obsessed with 😭💖💖💖💖
