Skills needed no need of Mtech, I make more than iitians .
Do some 6 months course in embedded system from institutes like vector, cranes etc
And they're right haha! You can't do any good without C and C++ in these roles. That's why I am specialising in C++. Once I got through the Fundamentals, I can't like any other language better. C++ has a particular glue haha - it must be the love and hate relationship😂😂

I still don't get that salary in Qualcomm even after 2 YOE ;) Don't know who told him these salary breakups. Base Salary: 14.5L, Joining Bonus: 5L, Relocation Bonus: 50K, Stocks: 16K USD vested over 3 years. Hope it helps others.
maybe you should have negotiated better. the breakup shown is offered in BITS and IITs

I think you only mentioned companies related to core embedded , but they are wide variety of companies in various domains like automotive ,aerospace ,medical,rails etc.for example in automotive ,you have bosch, magna, benz , zf ,......very big list😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Had to take career break due to personal issues. Now, embedded domain is coming in my mind as I am familiar with the basic and technical jargons of embedded.
