I'm so sorry to hear about Rhonda. I didn't know or follow her, but I came across one of her videos. Maybe the crafting community can come together and do "pink" junk journals as a way to support the fight against cancer! This disease is so terrible! If all countries took the war money and put it into a cure for cancer and other diseases, we'd have this disease crushed. Sending condolences!
That’s such a lovely idea to do pink journals in memory of Ronda. Honestly she was such a courageous lady, she fought her battle with the most positive and brave attitude, she was amazing. Yes, I couldn’t agree more, it’s a terrifying disease and is relentless in its determination to spread. What a shame that the governments don’t have the foresight that you do, as you say the resources they put into wars could have this disease wiped out 😔 xx

Dearest Edith, Our Mamas were cut from the same cloth, literary. Quilting, canning, my Mom used to crochet beautiful layettes for extra money. She also fed and clothed 7 kids. Our Mamas were amazing women!

I love these! I need to use fabric more in my projects. I inherited a ton of material from my mom. I’m glad you had fun at your reunion! My 40th reunion is in August.
