Hi! I am currently on the IG reels bonuses, but when I go to set up my payout account, it does not give me any options at all to add my PayPal or a new payout method. @@StephanieKase It won't actually let me fill in those fields. They are pre filled in and I can click on them to look at what the fields say, but I can't make any edits or changes. The only place I can input financial information is under the IG shopping, but not under the new payout method type. I even tried updating IG and everything is currently up to date.
@@emalienoel7891 That's so odd. Please let me know if you figure out a way to do it. I did IG support, however, IG customer service never gets back, so I'm kind of at a stand still here. I'll update you if I figure it out though :)

not sure if you both got an answer to this. On your profile page, go to Creator Tools (previously Professional Dashboard) > Bonuses. That will open a display with new options for current and previous payouts. Hope this helps

seems most likely an error on IG behalf (big surprise, right?). You should be able to find options related to Reels Bonus in the Professional Dashboard and/or Creator Tools section, found on your profile page

That's correct! You have to be invited. There will be a separate place that says “bonus program” to tap on and be invited to it!

I do not! If you're a small business, I recommend using a creator account. It has all of the same analytics plus more reels audio selection!

@@SharpWitted takes up to 30 days (sometimes less). hopefully you get it sooner. In my videos about most payments from IG, it's usually a 30-day delay

New subscriber here!!! I have a question 🙋🏼♀️ I am not new to IG but I am new to payouts, reels, bonuses & I am totally lost 😫. I followed directions for changing your account to business/creator & then I lost the monetization eligibility. The next day it was back. I don’t have a bonus section-I know this is due to not being invited & I didn’t have a payouts until today. But….when I click on it to open it, it says an error has occurred. What is going on?
seems most likely an error on IG behalf (big surprise, right?). You should be able to find options related to Reels Bonus in the Professional Dashboard and/or Creator Tools section, found on your profile page
I have a new professional account. Under the dashboard option, beneath the tools subcategory, i don't see bonuses. I want to know when this option is displayed in the tools section ? What is the minimum criteria
We honestly don't know! Instagram is very quiet about what is required to be invited! I'd just keep making reels and hope for the best!

In mymonetisation section I am getting "you can't use monetization tools. this status cannot be appealed" Any idea?

Hello im from philippines. Last day i receve notif from reels .i can earn in my reels video.but i cant set up already my payment method coz bank acc cant link ..pls help me..to set up.
It wont let me set up my payout account fully. It keeps saying my city doesnt match the rest of my address but that's not true. This city im typing in is correct. What can i do?

Reels play bonus is for only 6 months or for permanent to creator who get invite?
I've been in it for over a year!
