Great video, Tyler. I got really excited when I saw this, but that quickly turned to annoyance (Directed at Zoho - not you, you're cool!). I'm just so frustrated with the Zoho UI. OK, so they now have a good modern menu. Everything else still looks 20 years old! Zoho CRM needs to be as sleek as the Zoho Invoice/Zoho Books interface... And all the integrations between Zoho Apps just annoys me. It feels like they're all stuck together with duct tape. I'm looking forward to the day (will probably never happen) when Zoho actually creates a product called "Zoho Everyone"... The power of 20 apps built seamlessly into one app with no integration necessary... And just one mobile app.. Nice and neat!

so is this something that will replace the regular CRM from ZOHO, or will it be like a standalone product of new CRM, similar to bigin?
