पिछले कई महीनों से मैं मोबाइल पर लगातार सर्च मार रहा हूं इक्विटी फंड के बारे में जहां से मुझे रिटर्न ज्यादा जनरेट होने की उम्मीद है ऐसे में मैंने कुछ है मैचुअल फंड के ऐप से वह लोड किया और उस पर अकाउंट क्रिएट किया तो मुझे यह पता चला कि मेरा आधार कार्ड जो है वह मोबाइल से लिंक है लेकिन जो मोबाइल से लिंक है वह बंद हो चुका और मेरा ईकेवाईसी जो है वह अधूरा रह गया है ऐसे में मैं बाहर में रह रहा हूं और मुझे समझ में नहीं आ रहा क्या करना चाहिए

Hello Sir . I am a NRI who is living in UAE since 2018. Unfortunately I didn’t open any Nre and Nro account in India. However, in 2020 I have opened a Demat account to using my Indian saving account and started to buying stocks in Indian stock exchange.now it’s almost 6 months I didn’t buy a single stocks from this account since I knew that it’s an illegal.What should I do now? Should I sell all the stocks And stop investing? And what is the consequences I need to face?please reply if u see my comment. Thanks 🙏🏾

Good day , Kindly note iam a seafarer working outside india for 7 months in a year , and come back home(india) stays here for 5 months , my home is still in india and iam holding NRI and nro both account with hdfc bank , my salary get credited in nri account but some part of salary i transfer to nro account for monthly home expenses , Basis above condition , Kindly advice how will i go about investing in stocks through zerodha ? Iam confused with pis or non pis ? Benefits etc Which is best for me and pocedure for same , i need stock for long term not intraday Thanks
Although NRE is tax free in India you still need to report it in US and get taxed on it ?!?
