For real this has to be the most crazy unexpected painful expensive fearless motorcycle rebuild video on CZcams. Mad respect to CJ
You got those sensors correct boss! I'll add a few more details in case anyone is interested. The crank trigger wheel (11:20 ) has two missing teeth to indicate TDC. The ECU is then calibrated with an offset (mech to elec offset) of the sensor to the actual TDC to determine Cylinder 1 TDC. The ECU then uses the remaining teeth to calculate RPM. I didn't see a cam sensor on the top so I'm guessing this bike uses intake pressure to determine which phase of the combustion cycle its on.
Super cool to see this stuff torn down, good luck!
How do you know all this stuff
Excellent information from you sir! Cheers
You’re a madman for trying this project. Can’t wait to see how it turns out.
Make sure when you put the head back together to put the cam cover, valve shims , and valve caps back to their original location. Also, there’s a bolt sequence to follow with removing the head bolts as well as when you’re installing them back. There’s a torque sequence when torquing down the head bots, you will need a torque wrench that torques in degrees as well.
I think this must be Cj's most difficult rebuild. Crazy, and am excited to see the results!
Takes some serious skills turning this burnt toast into a working machine, thx for sharing the journey!
Just a big pile of cash
i wait for this part for 12 days till today hahahahah😂
super excited to see how this build turns out😍
Love this series, gonna be hard to source parts, my dream bike is the MV Agusta Rush
Im curently living in Europe and this will be my next bike, so I'm watching this build with enthusiasm
Been waiting for this all week lol keep up the great work. also wear a mask messing with all burnt and burnt carbon fiber so your not breathing all those particles
Big project but rewarding! Note: Magneti Marelli is an Italian brand of electronics. e.g they make the ECU for MotoGP bikes very good and expensive stuff. Keep up the god work.
Great work man. loved it, i' m really super excited to see how this build turns out 🤟🤘
Cara você é muito corajoso, para desmontar todo esse quebra cabeças e depois montar as peças cada uma no seu lugar, essa é a primeira vez que trabalha numa MV Agusta. Vamos aguardar e quero ver você pilotando essa maravilha.
Dude, you're killing it with the content!
Good luck with the build, looks like a awesome challenge, sure Evolutionbike have your back! (best place for MV parts)
power to you CJ, really looking forward to see this coming together
Next video on this bike is gonna be lit.. good work CJ. Keep it up brotthaa... More way to go. Best of luck. Waiting for the next ep.👍👍
I like this engine and how you do what you do. Excellent work!
It’s so clean and beautiful once u take off the burned parts! This bike will be gorgeous! MVs are some of the most beautiful bikes on the road. Pure art
if you bring this back to life, then its nothing short of Miracle .well done .
Hi CJ the Magneti Marelli sensor is the crankshaft position sensor hope this helps you all the best Les👍👌👌
Coming along pretty good CJ.
I really want to see it when it's finished. Can't wait.
It's the best job in the world, fantastic!
You are crazy😂 great project !
Btw, Magnetti Marelli is a big producer of electric/electronic parts for bikes and cars (not only Italian)
First time seeing the cam chain in the center for me as well. All my 4-stroke MX bikes and street bikes have it on one edge of the engine. Pretty cool to see a unique engine come apart!
Some how you always know how to make me fall in love with your video, love your work bro😊😊india
CJ, this is insane.
Much love.
Mad respect bro this type of rebuild is not for the average rebuilder, I wouldn’t even know where to start 😅
Hahah racja kolego ja również ;) ostatnio rozkręciłem owiewki na części w s1000xr i zastanawiałem się jak ja to skręce ;) haha pozdrawiam
Amen , from Puerto Rico ,
God bless you
Excelente trabajo saludos desde Argentina 👍
Wouldent it have been a good idea to clean the outside of the engine before dissasemble ?
Was thinking the same
You're in deep on this one, great challenge
hey this is a crazy project continue it ! And the braka master zyl 16:02 is actually the clutch slave sylinder, which replaces the end of a classic clutch cable
No para de ver estos video excelente felicitaciones
Loving the build, don't envy you on the cost of parts, the small rod is clutch push rod for hydraulic clutch.
Amazing workmanship
Sei su un altro pianeta👍✊️
Way to go mr. Genius always ridesafe!!!.. :)))
Que buen video que lindo desafío rearmar esa tremenda maquina
This is gonna be your one of the best project ever.
INDONESIA 🇮🇩 selalu menonton mu CJ 👍👍👍
Epic stuff CJ...best of luck...w
Now this is the ultimate build.
madman. but mad respect for taking on on this!
I am very very excited to see this project ...be. Done ...
Brothers bring it back to its full glory
Good job bro, see you part4🙂👍
Excellent job CJ!
Cool project! I love those bikes, I did notice though when you were putting the shim back there was some metal shavings on your magnet’ everything has to be properly clean 👍
You got this bro! 🤜🏻
MV, mmmm, bella! A great bike, best regards, ciao, Flavio
Congratulations, this work is for a short time!! Brazil
Hello Brazil..Sem dúvida o video de reconstrução mais insano do CZcams😨😨😨
Ansioso pelo resultado final...😮😮
Great work keep it 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
It's just something about quality, entertaining content thats entertains me hmm
Hello from france.I'm excited to see the next. I think it's very expansive .😉✌️
Very nice work..
you will become a professor for such engines
Learning by doing ... on an MV Agusta ... that is quite an undertaking. Following with great interest.
บักหัวทอง คุณเก่งมาก ๆ ผมชอบผลงานของคุณ
I commend you for doing it. All I can think about is the cost involved 😂
3:03 the way it bounced back to that hole 😂😂
Very Good, changed the painting, I liked the quite from Psalms 107.1
I'm also pretty excited to rebuild the bike 🏍 😊
Well comme back brother ❤❤❤❤❤❤
ohhh man, I can smell that car-b-q thru my screen! Good luck my friend, I wanna see this thing make a comeback!
Greetings from Indonesia bro, your content is cool and interesting, I like it🎉❤
I like the techno baby rattle, its totally unique and really not PLAYED OUT AT ALL.
We're here !
Lets go!!!
High Energy 💥
Mann..before work on the engine make it clean, love this project the hardest i have ever seen you doing! Good luck👍
Türkiye'den merhaba , videolar süper harika saatlik video yüklese ileri sardırmadan izlerim🇹🇷
1 2 3 español perfect🤩
Love your videos, keep up the good work.
The sensor you took off is made by Magneti Marelli which is an Italian automotive parts company.
1.2.3 excelent bro GRACIAS
Ford actually using the same valvetrain setup we call the "buckets" tappets. Ford uses tappets with a different thickness instead of the shim. But I like the shim better. Because you can have a bunch of those instead of a ton of tappets. Very interesting design for sure
Amazing content
Always enjoy the builds and super impressed with how the builds turn out. Currently working on a build myself, 2009 ZX6R. Any recommendations for my next bike build? Wanting to stick to the Sportbike side of motorcycles right now. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
CJ is to the bikes rebuild as Tavarish is to the car rebuild with his P1 😂 🙌🏻🙌🏻
I'm so exited
I think C J is just F..king with people hes rebuilt a lot of bikes and know exactly what parts are what 😂
show of work
Yes CJ!
Youre amazing!
The middle piece is the cylinder jug(where your pistons move up and down). The piece with the crank wheel is your pulse sensor for ignition. The transmission sensor is your neutral and possibly gear display if it has that function on the dash. The master cylinder with the rod is actually for the clutch, it pushes on the clutch rod which in turn pushes on the throw out bearing in your clutch assembly on the other side of the case(there should be two clutch rods generally). The sensor on the bottom is more than likely for oil pressure, a knock sensor would not be mounted there.
11:43 esas palabras en español latino 🎉 felicidades CJ.
That item that you said is a Magnet, is a sensor of "Magneti Marelli". Is the sponsor of world cup and european motorbike championships. Is a provider of electronic systems in Sports bikes and also some street bikes.
finally after 11 days
Learn a new things for this build...🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Love you CJ
Absolute genius .. appreciate your master work .learning alot from your video someday i want to work with you
Che coraggio!
Only evolutionbike could have a 1000RR frame sitting somewhere in a box 😂
In the meantime I'll wait 6 months or more for a gas tank replacement under warranty
Hardworking person bro 👍 you i am from India
Thank you bro! Greetings
It’s a hydraulic clutch mate. That’s the push rod going into the transmission!
Round headed allens are good for light work, but for a torqued bolt it's good to have a standard cut to seat better. You could have just cut that end off if you were in a hurry. I know, captain obvious. Love your enthusiasm… Great job!
Nice!
Trick : Dissemble the spark plug first then it will be easier for you to rotate the crank because no compression in the head
All episodes I will watch
