Forgot to mention my hitting view: Strike Zone
Saved this video and subscribed. The exact kind of video I’ve been looking for. Much appreciated my kind sir
Sit fastball. Adjust to everything else. If up in the count, only look at balls up in the zone.
?????
Exactly
I'm throwing low then😂
if I see that I'm hitting just corners on change ups and splitters
Swing at everything. Act like a pitcher.
The best curve in this game by far is the sweeper curve. The new pinpoint is tough to learn like the sinker and I like it honestly. I’m still not 100% with it.
Does pinpoint still give you more accurate throws than the other methods? Even with a wired controller pinpoint tends to be glitchy for me
@@cbr274 yes but honestly i’ts just like pitching in real life. If you mess up, you’ll pay for it. I’m good at pitching. Hitting is tougher it seems this year so far and I’m ok with it. I’m not a good hitter.
I thought I was the only one that looked at the hat 😂 I been struggling n I’m goin back to that method 😂😂
Gave you a sub before I even watched the whole video just because of the Braves jersey.
No lie, it’s the time I sit starring at the windup that ends up making me reach and swing at trash. I look away and then once he winds up I look back and my reaction time is better
I am new at this game what is the best hitting stance to use? And best camera view for hitting... I did my first season and struck out over 150 times which sucks I seem to not be able to get my timing right
stance is all preference. strike zone or strike zone high is the best hitting view
Subbed. This is what I’m talking about . Is there a way as a batter to lead the pitcher to throw in a certain area over a few at bats?
Not directly- all based on your opponents tendencies. some people throw the same pitches every AB
My favorite hitta! ⚾️
Can’t wait for the Topps now Matt Waldron!
What hitttingvcamera view you use
strike zone
Fantastic vid, but using Randy Johnson who is an outlier of a pitcher in literally every regard (handedness, arm slot, size, release point, extension) maybe wasn’t the best example for reading pitches 😂
you can do this with any pitcher. randy is a common pitcher to face
What camera pitching view you use
strike zone
Pitcher and pitcher. It's hard to learn but when u do it's so much more realistic, challenging and satisfying when u get into one for a bomb. It's an amazing feeling 🔥
@@jordanhyatt4044 this is not a video to be more realistic, this is a video to see the ball better
The problem is my consistency with locking in on the pitcher's arm and following that.
Thanks for the tips bro! 🪓
Jon Smoltz has splitter and change up.
jon smoltz also is one of the easiest pitchers to hit off of on ranked
I can’t see the low ball. The off pitch in the dirt is making me loose my mind
good thing to think about: if it's low and a ball out of the hand and it's a change/curve/slider, it will never be a strike
Low breaks are the only thing I can touch. I could get 15 92mph fastballs in a row middle middle and I’d be lucky to get 2 good timed swings on any difficulty. Crush the low stuff so easy though it’s annoying
@@jagaloon14 interesting
@@garrettstraffon608 I am terrible
@@jagaloon14you’re spamming your pci down, that’s why you crush the low stupid but can’t hit middle middle. I know because me too.
Smoltz has both splitter and change up
not many people throw smoltz. it’s best to practice against pitchers you typically see or have higher overalls like pedro, randy, etc
@@AeroUprising_totally agree. Just more of a fun fact since you mentioned it in the vid
