    In this tech episode we talk about remote Pair Programming, the difference between pairing and mobbing, remote Mob Programming, strong-style pairing or mobbing, communication when you pair or mob, benefits, pitfalls, and how COVID has affected remote pairing and mob programming.
    If you have questions on pairing, feel free to post them in comments, we'll try to answer them for ya!
    We plan on having some women in the mix in future episodes as well.

    Jeff Langr 💻

    Jeff has been delivering software professionally since 1982. He’s the author of five books on software development, published by Prentice Hall and the Pragmatic Bookshelf. Jeff also wrote a couple chapters in the best-selling Clean Code.
    Jeff has been doing TDD & pairing since 2000. He’s been mobbing for a few years, and has over 5 years solid remote development experience.
    Jeff will be launching PubMob.com, a public mob-based marketplace for training and co-development, in the very near future.
    Jeff resides in Colorado, US.

    Craig has been delivering software professionally since 2009 while still at school, he moved into software engineering full time in 2012. Now is a public sector technology expert at Made Tech, working on digital outcomes and strategy for the UK government.
    Craig has been TDD’ing since 2013, pairing since 2009 and mobbing since 2012.
    Currently in the process of relocating to Bristol from London.
