RPM= revolutions per minute. It measures how fast the engine is turning essentially and the gauge is called a tachometer😊 Also that button next to your gauge dimmer is your traction control on off button. I'm a mechanic and detailer btw. The + and - is for manual shifting mode. Move the shifter over while in drive to enter manual
