Finally got around to watching this Sophie! Nice Roster reveal video. Happy you have a Orlando decent layover time this time, and Manchester is always a good one to get. Good luck with the exams, and just show us what you can. I think most airlines have yearly exams for cabin crew to pass so they are legal to fly.

So happy you got a great roster! I went to Orlando last week for the day (flying Philadelphia to Orlando) and it was so much fun. The Velocicoaster might have been too much for me to do immediately after getting off a plane but overall it was so great. I picked up a deatheater wand and did nearly all the spells. I can’t wait to make more day trips like this. Frontier airlines sometimes sells round trip tickets from PHL to MCO for 50 bucks so it’s a bargain. Hope you have a blast!
Ive never done the velocicoster, ive always been to scared but I have to this time! atleats once I need to. Its such a magical place, even if you are not running around to get on all the rides just walking around an see all the small details is amazing 🤍cant wait to go back

This is a defo a 100% wonderful roaster for you. You and your examine nerves are terrible and they seem to get worse each year. What a way to finish May off with a Manchester flight. I think you defo needed this flight the most. I think we gathered that you are going back to your fav place.Hope you enjoy your time there again. It will be nice to be taken around your training facility. I did have a little smile when you mentioned your suncream as we know how bad you get.

One of your videos appeared in my youtube suggestions. Checked it out. Before I knew it, I've watched 20 of them. I think I watched all your roster videos and, seems to me, from a vast network of over 150 destinations by your company, you keep getting assigned to no more than 30 on rotation. I'd love it if you did a vlog on how many of the places on the network you've been to and which ones would you like to get (of the ones you haven't been to).

Wooohooo. Orlando. I am finally here I haven’t even been to the new universal 😅. You need to see Disney springs , and also if you love walking look at Avalon park and winter park. It’s so nice.
Sophie . I hope you made it to Orlando the last few days , it’s been beautiful weather. It’s perfect for the parks 😁. We take these days as blessings , as in spring and summer afternoon showers all the time.

hi love! ive been binge watching your videos because the Emirates cabin crew life seems so interesting, I have a question, are you guys allowed to use your phone during the bus and do you need to wear the scarf at the bus? And can you leave the accomodation overnight to visit family in dubai during days off? I'm just trying to know how strict/controlling the rules are compared to Qatar
You can use your phone on the bus or when sat down. and hat no, that is only when going to and from the aircraft, in the airports or during boarding or disembarking ☺️ You can leave your accommodation when ever you wont, no one will stop you whatever time of day or night it is ☺️ It is nothing like the Qatar rules
OMG - I THINK I might be on your Manchester flight!! But I will be in economy, not business. Also, don't stress Sophie, you know all of the knowledge about emirates and aeroplanes as you have been flying for 8 years now. You also wouldn't be able to do your job if you didn't know the information, so you must know it. Not that you need it, but good luck!

I am totally here for more universal studios contents. One content suggestion is to ride the extreme coasters! Start with the velocicoaster! 😅😅😅

Universal Orlando will be such fun. one day just is not enough, two full days is the best. have a wonderful time world traveler, and save the last day as the day for shopping. 😁

Yeah, you get paid into a UAE bank account ad having a local number makes it easier as im a resident in the UAE ☺️

Also, do you know why emirates do the height test without shoes? Like when on the aircraft are you going to have shoes off? When I did my assessment day with them last year, they got everyone to take off their shoes for the height test, so I was just wondering.
Because shoes come in different sole heights. the shoes you might have on for the interview will be different to the ones provided by the company. a lot of medical/ safety equipment is in hatrack so you need to be able to reach it without worry

Your height is your height. You can’t change this unfortunately. Going back to what I said, some shoes have bigger soles adding inches to height but that will not be the case when working so they need your true height

My captain or first officer was from Sweden I think on my Dubai to Gatwick leg when I went about a month ago.
I LOVE that emirates is multinational, it’s always interesting to see what nationalities people are from.
they have so many different nationalities, this is what makes it interesting when talking to the crew. always learning something new.

You are very lucky to be going home on a Manchester flight to see your family again which is lovely and I shell say that you must get married to my brother and his name is called Showeb.
I saw on the eimarets website that they removed the age requirement
So even though I'm 19, can I apply ??
It's still minimum age of 21 but you can apply when you're 20 and can be 20 attending interviews etc but have to be 21 for start date.

They added 1 year of customer service experience that is obligatory
