Its called a likket.. its kind of like a salt lick but it comes in different flavors! They are really good! (Yes i have eaten one)

Can you do the BHS way of grooming?
To make brushing his main maybe a little easier start from the bottom of his hair and go to the top. It's easier for me.

My dads horse Lottie was very miss treated before my dad got her. We thought that she was breeding more than she can cope and was beaten. My dad bought her when she was pregnant but the man told us she was fat and the vet came out for us and told us she was pregnant. A little story

BBirdyy it doesn't matter, get what ever breed that will suit your height xx Obviously smaller breeds might not work it

HealthyHorse yes I used to show him quite a lot and he always got placed, especially in mountain and moorland classes, he is 14hh x

Horses dont care for braids, animals are not so umm superficial more like practical-why I love them, so I'm not surprised that he refuses to not stand still

Why don't You use an other brush like a soft one in place of that cirkel one. I learned to never never use a plastic brush on there legs. We use a soft or medium brush and it works perfect so why did You USD that plastic one

You should never stand behind a horse like you were doing. That's a good way to be kicked and a horse kick hurts. Yes I was kicked by a horse and I wasn't even behind him. I was stroking his nose where he usually liked and he turned round and kicked me several times before my sister managed to get him away and hold him back.

Cindy Ray I use it gently a rubber curry comb really won't harm his legs it just helps get excess dirt and as taffy suffers from scurf on his legs this is the best way to remove it, as I mentioned this is just my way of grooming
