I'm constantly asked how I am able to juggle so much with my small business and how I plan my day-to-day. So I'm very excited to be able to show you a slice of what it looks like inside my brain through Notion! I've been using Notion for more than half a year now and I can't run my business without it. a few things that I thought were super clever and haven’t seen before in other motion videos:
- the toggle for your finished tasks! I had to make my weekly to do four columns and two rows because the page would be too long to scroll down later in the week, but never would have thought about the toggle option.
- The customizable “+ add weekly schedule” template button! I thought it only worked for more simple actions, like to-do buttons 😅

I just started Notion like a week ago and still figuring it out. I’m a student so it’s free for me. It’s interesting to see how others use Notion in their lives. I’m trying get it to where I can use it daily. Heh it’s on my iPad, desktop, MacBook Pro, and on my phone. Just so busy with school and I’ve been forgetting a lot lately. This video was so helpful!! I've been using Notion for 2 years but kind of lost the habit of using it daily. This really inspired me to start using it more again :).
May I ask why you stopped using it regularly?
I've been using Notion since I've started following you last summer! The first time you mentioned it Iknew it would be good for me. I've been using it just as a more organized brain dump so far. but I think seeing someone else's organization will help me improve implementing new and more organized templates, since I want to open my own shop soon, and a Patreon in the future! And for my personal life in general. Thank you for this video, and thanks to Notion :D

That notion thing actually sounds really cool
I absolutely love Notion. I used to jump from planner to planner and app to app, but I've stuck with Notion for almost a year now and honestly it keeps getting better and better.
I’ve tried so hard to use Notion in the past because I love the concept so with your templates I’m going to try again! I find it really clunky on mobile which is the biggest hurdle but I appreciate this in depth walk through! ☀️
Definitely is a bit interesting to get used to on mobile devices, but I try to simplify or have a section where I can brain dump info to later organize it on a computer :)

I've been using AirTable to track things, but I think this might be a REALLY good thing for me to try in terms of organizing my life.
I like to say that if Evernote and Airtable had a baby, Notion would be that baby. Highly recommend. 😂
