Very interesting. I’d like to be able to connect two of them for 6000w. Somewhere they also mentioned a home panel that would connect to a few of the circuits in my house. (EcoFlow and Bluetti have new home panels.)
It’s just kind of annoying that they make the parts of this ecosystem so secretive. Makes it hard to make a buying decision.
I hope it will be possible. The photo in my video is from their hompage a couple of months ago. But for some reason they have removed the photo. Hopfully it will get clearer soon. I'll reach out and ask them and see what they say
can always invest in the allpowers r3500 kickstarter that just launched. Amazing prices tbf, I'm in for a main unit and a spare battery. I also backed Zendure for a home panel, sbv4600 and b4600 otherwise i'd have ordered more from allpowers

Thanks for the update Olle. You are one of the very few talking about this system and I'm seriously looking at it as an option after a horrific experience with Bluetti but I'm wondering if you know is it possible to use the Gendome app to control the Home 3000 without being logged in and connected to the Gendome servers.
Some companies require you to always be logged in which in a SHTF grid down scenario means you can't do anything. Hoping Gendome isn't one of them. Subbed. Cheers.
I have looked through their app and user agreement and unfortunately there is not much more information. To use the app, you must log in. But it's pretty obvious. But whether the traffic/data goes through their servers or not is nowhere to be found. But I've sent the question to an acquaintance at Gendome so I'll get back to you if I hear anything.

Have you heard anything yet? They might have some problems with their support right now? I have heard it from a couple of people now.
@@ollelund Hi Olle actually only heard back from them yesterday. They didn't respond to my 1st email but I sent them a reminder mail and they came back to to me. They said
"Gendome Home 3000 can operate via both wifi and Bluetooth. Meaning in the event of power lost or internet lost, you can still use Gendome App with Bluetooth connection."
So it seems it is possible to use it in the absence of an internet connection to their servers which is good news. Still a bit on the fence though of whether to purchase one after seeing a comment today on the IndieGogo from a Lorraine Rorabaugh saying her two 3000's got delivered and were very noisy. Could be something they could tackle with a firmware update though.
8 month ago I suported Gendome in Indigogo. They promised to deliver in april to Europe. Only loose promisses till so far nothing to The netherlands. Only reason they are working on a network.... Just send my 2250 peach of battery. My summer season is over, thats why I bought, so I had not to cook on gass in my summer house. next sunday over for nxt 7 month. So thank you for wanting my money and do nothing with it.
Dispite all the youtube video's i feel scamed. They offert once moneyback on The Gendome. but i want where i paid for.

I have nothing to do with Gendome so if you have complaints you will have to take it up with them. I have heard that they for some reason paused their launch in Europe to be able to deliver a better product. As far as I know, there is no product made for Europe yet and I guess that you don't want a US version. So right now I think that all that you can get is your money back. It will be hard for them to send you a product they don't have...
