I always chuckle whenever you say that I’m probably wondering about something in your video. I’m a 21 year old with no kids, no siblings, and I don’t have a mom because she died 3 years ago to liver cancer. But watching your videos really brightens my day and reminds me what a family should look like - dysfunction and all. I learn things from you that, unfortunately, I won’t get a chance to learn from my mom. I am not sure why I’m saying this, but just know that you make the world brighter for a lot of us who watch you. :)

We did the exact same thing with high chairs... started with the Fischer Price, then the Eddie Bauer, and back to Fisher Price! Great tips!

My son is 6 months old today, this video is great. We have the same space saver high chair and love it! We need to start utilizing out pack and play right now its just a catch all lol.
Congratulations on hitting your mile stone Nat. And i agree with the high chair. It is very important to find one the fits the space but also comfortable enough for your baby. I aslo love pack and plays i have had the same one i bought when i had my oldest daugther, (11) it has gone through all 5 of my kids and is still in real good shape.
I love these videos because my son is 3 months younger than Hailey, so you always upload them at the perfect time for me! ❤️😊
My 13month old baby loves the fisher price little people Farm. It can get noisy but it keeps him busy for hours.
Love the tip about getting a cube instead of jumper thingy. I have two of those are my baby didn’t like it much and only used it for maybe a month or two at the most. Not even to justify buying it at least for me. Happy I found them at a consignment shop tho so I dont have to cry over it too much. lol
"Tray in the dishwasher" That right there is valuable advice.. We're just about at the solid foods stage for our first and it's probably the biggest thing I'm confused about, so I appreciate that.
Thank you for another fantastic video Natalie. I love watching these and find them really useful. My little one is loving the Fisher Price Sit Me Up right now. At three months she’s getting her fist tooth and the crinkly butterfly toy is her absolute favourite for shoving into her mouth.
Oh my gosh Natalie....baby girl is so precious. I have two boys and she makes me wanna try again!! Like yesterday! My youngest is 6 months though so I’ll have to wait a little longer. :)

I think a play pen is absolutely invaluable, we used ours all the time when the bigger kids or pets were bouncing around and baby was on the floor. Hayley is gorgeous.

I love those probiotics! My 6 month son has been using them for his gas because he had a gi disease when he was first born. He's much happier glad they helped your baby girl too!
Oh the clips of the boys as babies 💙💙💙Sooooo sweet. I remember the vlog of them all nasty. Sooo funny. Cuties!!!
My baby doesn't use these so much anymore. But those natures little squeeze refillable packets. I remembered you using them with the boys and snagged some for my baby. They are great! For sure one of my favs!

Always enjoy your video's, you inspired me to do a pregnancy video update on my channel last year when I was pregnant. My little girl is 7 months old. Will definitely check out the play pen and probiotic drops! My little one actually loves her jumperoo, that's probably her favourite over the past few months :)

Oooo great suggestion on the activity cube instead of the jumper! But question: Did it ever tip over when baby tries to pull up on it? Says its recommended for over 1 year + so I'm concerned but still totally adding to my registry.

I just went to look at an Activity cube to purchase but they were all recommended for 12-18 months plus, now I’m not sure weather to buy one for my 6 month old
My cousin i babysat before has a walker too but he actually learned to walk by pushing an empty laundry basket 🤣

My son loved the jolly jumper and the bouncer need stay in them all day if he could.
My children have loved the bouncer but I limit their time in them to maxium of 15mins twice a day. This allows me to shower and prep dinner 😍❤

Do you have a amazon list to all your favorites and must haves? I remember you saying you get credit (or something) when your link is used and I’m frequently buying things I learn about from you, but sometimes don’t remember what video it was in. Don't know if anyone else has mentioned this, but jumpers (bouncers with wheels @6:55) are actually illegal in Canada! Just food for thought on its safety...

They are not recommended in my country (Turkey) too along with walkers - though they aren't illegal.

Every baby is different. Where your baby dislikes the jumper and was a waste of money, mine LOVES his jumper and was the best money I have spent so far.
I also use the mommys bliss probiotics with my 7 month old. Works great!
Same on the regrets for the walker my baby doesn't even like it I would love to see what you feed Haley my baby is one month younger than her and we are getting started on solids
I’ve debated about getting a bumbo seat but I’ve read tons of bad reviews on the seat and how it isn’t safe for babies due to the way the seat is formed and the way it effects a baby’s hip position etc. what’re your thoughts?
I don't use a high chair, I use a weaning table
I use corn flour for baby rash and when ever i get rashes down thr(i get it very often suring summer time).... I apply it at night and its gone in the morning (severe rashes take a couple days at the most)
Where did you get the toy bin that’s in the playpen?

a “bang for your buck” mentality is not unique for parents. I used to work at a kids clothing store where parents were extremely aggressive about sales, would size up drastically for clothes, and than get mad when they didn’t fit. Even 7-8 years clothing for a 2 year old. People even tried to return used goods or stuff they stole because they wanted a gift card.
I hated my Eddie Bauer high chairs- they got SO DIRTY. Ugh! And super uncomfortable!

My baby is 6 month he is unable to sit is it's ok
My baby got very dry skin his winter I think it's eczema. Does anyone know what helps? I used lotion and coconut oil and nothing seems to help.
Yeva Kovalchuk have you tried that Aveno baby eczema lotion?
And try not to wash with soap everyday unless they are dirty, pat dry and put lotion on right after bath. Yoj can also try a wet wrap, which is a thin clothes placed on the skin.

My son is 8 months and has very bad eczema. We’ve tried everything under the sun and the ONLY thing that works is Curel Hydra Therapy Wet Moisturizer when he’s still wet right after the bath and then once we pat him dry the Aveeno Nightime balm. Also did the balm throughout the day as needed when he was super dry. And then of course use everything free of chemicals and fragrances. I hope that helps!
Our son is 7,5 months and he loves blocks! Puting them in his mouth, throw and crawl to get them and tear down towers that I've built for him. They can entertain him for ages.

This video was based 100% off *personal* experience and I've NEVER formula fed any of my babies so it's not something I have any experience with and can speak to or make recommendations regarding. My 4 month old simulates with her tongue that she wants to try foods. I held up a plum while she sucked on it. She's very large for her age. Looks like a 6 month old. think I"m gonna start to feed her fruits soon, baby hulk. Her body probably needs it.

@@NatalieBennett it dosent have to be loud in your face video for it to be good for me to want to watch it. Thats the polar opposite...maybe just less contrived an monotone would be better.
