  • With its walking-only policy, Erin Hills is known for its robust caddie program that employs more than 150 during its high season. The club is also recognized as a place for women to get started on the bag, with a substantial amount of female caddies every year (as of 2022, 18 are women). Alix Larson is just one of the young women who have had their lives changed walking these major-championship fairways.

“I love golf” and beams a smile.
Made me smile too. That was pure.

Love the story and the execution. The mixture of photos and video is primo. I remember seeing Alix on the RGC Breaking Series at Erin Hills. Stoked to see her and the rest of the female caddies getting the spotlight.

I was fortunate enough to play Erin Hills in 2021 during the week that I was volunteering for the Ryder Cup at Whistling Straits. I was unaware of their caddie program at the time and was surprised when one of the two caddies for our group was a girl. She was very knowledgeable, skilled, and pleasant to be around for those several hours.
