My hypothesis is: AC compressor needs to run at certain higher rpm (as it is belt drive) to have sufficient refrigerant pressure. Vacuum pressure is to help out the air intake. The installation of this additional vacuum pump is to compensate for the loss of "designed" vacuum pressure. So, the source of the problem seems to point to Vacuum leak issue or malfunction of air intake components (Honda common issues) or connecting peripherals (e.g. fitv, iac, TB, Brake master booster etc)
brother due to lack of parts availblity ib my country this is the only solution helped me.
Later on, Yes i had found and replaced my Vaccum Control and did job as expected.

Hello sir. Can u explain where that T joint connected to? 1 hose going to the pump. That i understand. But the other 2? 1 is going to manifold. The other is going down, to where? Air filer is it?
One is inlet from outside air and second one goes to manifold
Pcv is still connected.only thing added by t joint is the valve

Bhai is Kupaay ko laganay say gari k throttle body main air ziada jati ha jiski waja say gari ka rpm increase hojata ha.. agar ap iska wiring connection ac k compressor k sath lagain gay to jaisay ap AC button dubain gay to yeh b ON hojai ga aur ziada hawa janay say rpm b high hojai ga aur ac ka compressor load nhe lay ga.. jis say cooling b barqaraar rahy gi

Well its a very technical scene so I will suggest you to scan your vehicle and maybe due to deterioration of wiring also cause electrically disruption from gear sensor to ecu...

بھائی جان سب سے پہلے اپ نے چیک کرنا ہے کہ اپ کا IACV VALVE چوکٹ یا بلاک تو نہیں میرے والے کا چوک بھی تھا اور اس میں پراپر کرنٹ بھی نہیں ا رہی تھی اور مارکیٹ میں مجھے قابلی بھی نہیں مل رہا تھا جس کی وجہ سے مجھے یہ اضافی تجربہ کرنا پڑا باہر اس سے مجھے سکون بہت رہا ہے پوری گاڑی گرمیوں میں میں نے بہت اچھے طریقے سے چلائی ہے اے سی لگاتار چلتا رہتا ہے اور کولنگ برقرار رہتا ہے اگر اپ کو جینون IACV VALVE یا سینسر پورا مل جاتا ہے تو اپ اس کو بتلا دیں تو جینون طریقے سے اے سی کام کرے گا
اس کے علاوہ اپ سب سے پہلے اپنا valve کو چیک کروائیں اور اس کی کرنٹ بھی چیک کروائیں اکثر گاڑیوں میں وہ چوکد ھونے کی وجہ سے بھی پراپر کام نہیں کرتا تو اگر اپ کا اس سے حل ہو جائے گا تو سب سے بیسٹ ہے ورنہ اپ یہ والا تجربہ کر سکتے ہیں۔
یہ ڈیوائس یہ ECM/ECU کے ساتھ کنیکٹ نہیں ہوتا اس کا کنیکشن اپ کے ڈائریکٹ کمپریسر کے پازیٹو اور نیگیٹو سے ہوتا ہے کیونکہ جب اپ نے کمپریسر ان کرنا ہے اے سی ان کرنا ہے تب اس کو کرنٹ ملے گی اور تب بھی اپنا کام کرے گا۔

Bhai sab say pehlay apko suggest kro ga k genuine autochoke hota ha iska usko khulwa knsaaf krwao and ksi achay electrician say wiring b check krwa lain k proper current a rahi ha k nhe..itna b krlongay to gari almost 90% kaam kr jai ga..agar autochoke bilkul kraab ha tb ap is setting pay ayein
