I worked hard to get to this point despite the adversities that ended up presenting themselves during my prep for Worlds. This prep was not easy but it was worth it. I didn't have my best meet to date but I'm proud of the effort I gave! Below I have the numbers for those who do not care to watch the video!

Lun Hing The IPF is always very strict about depth.
The guy who won didn’t seem to have the same depth as Russell in squatting but the judges still called it good. If Russell hadn’t have gone so deep he could have saved energy and performed better in the Bench and DL.

IPF rule is hip crease has to be below the top of your knee. And they judge those strictly. So idk what half-reppers you're referring to in this competition.
IPF is different from multi-ply, untested equipped lifting.
Larry wheels squat depth is questionable lol. I think hes too stiff
It's crazy I could care less about power lifting competitions but since i've been watching you Russ I've tuned in twice to watch you compete live. You are the world's strongest, 2nd place in 1st place in my book. Staying true to the vision, not partying and taking trips has proved to be the right decision. Outstanding performance homeboy!

There was some weight left in the tank on the squat and bench. Deadlift just wasn't there today, but I have faith in you that you'll be #1 next year without a doubt.
