한 달전 뉴욕 브로드웨이에서 직접 라이온킹 뮤지컬을 보고 왔습니다. 분명 제가 영어를 잘 못 하는 것 때문일지는 모르겠지만 그 배우들의 표현력은 소름 돋을 정도로 애니메이션과 똑같이 오버랩이 되며 보았습니다. 하지만 이 영상을 보고 더빙을 그렇게 싫어하던 제가 한국어로도 이렇게 표현을 해 낼 수 있구나 느꼈습니다 단지 이 4분으로요. 모방이니 뭐니 지금 세계 최고의 뮤지컬인데 이렇게 비슷하게 잘 해내는 우리 배우들이 대단하네요

I am watching their peroformance to different countries whole night. Gosh they sang that song with the languages where they were singing. Imagine how many languages they studied just to perform this. I hope you'll visit the Philippines soon. We will be very happy if that happen.

I can't believe how ignorant some of these comments are. This version of Lion King is in Korean and was made for Korean audiences. Why wouldn't the singers sing in Korean or be korean? Think about it from a different perspective, if a korean musical was brought to the U.S. Wouldn't you want them to sing in English so you could understand them??? It's the same case here, obviously there aren't enough African people in South Korea who can speak Korean and want to be in musicals.

No. The lion king is not originated on Zulu language...but Swahili. ( Africance language predominate in centre of Africa, most of all on Quenia). ...this cast work hard to put it in korean...for korean people enjoyed. ...
The person who wrote the song is from South Africa so the song is definitely in Zulu, Swahili is a bit similar to Zulu and Xhosa, we know our language please

Therefore, and with in the best interest of essence in mind, the "essence" of the play must be translated with the most possible fidelity. Now, the same goes to say with your logic, that if you aren't white, you shouldn't be part of the Phantom of the Opera Cast. Because last time I checked, THE NEW BROADWAY PHANTOM OF THE OPERA IS ACTUALLY BLACK!

두달전에 뉴욕에서 라이온킹 뮤지컬을 직접보고 한국어 버전이 있는줄도 몰랐는데 와... 한국말로 들으니깐 뜻을 정확히 알아들을수 있으니깐 한국어버전 따로 감동이에요 ㅜㅠ 소품도 다 똑같고 ㅠㅠ 관중속에서 뮤지컬 배우들이 등장하는것도 똑같이 재연했네요 ㅜㅠ
차지연 배우님은 진짜 경이롭다...
진짜 런던에서 처음 봤는데 일출 진짜 잘 묘사했음. 다른 디즈니 뮤지컬과는 차원이 달랏음

대구에서 오리지널을 본 사람입니다 너무 감동적이고 모든면에서 최고였습니다 첨 주제곡 나올때 눈물이 살짝 고이더군요...그런데 여기 유튜브에서 한국어로 번역해서 듣고 보니 펑펑 울었네요
부족한 환경속에 뒤지지가 않습니다 대단하네요...
그래도 circle of life 오프닝에는 기린과 무대사이로 나오는 코끼리처럼 큰 동물들 나올때 진짜 전율이 오는데, 이것만으로도 감동받으신 분들은 꼭꼭 기회가 되시면 뮤지컬 보시길 추천드립니다.
이 영상은 볼때마다 감동적인 것 같아.

MBC 김동률 방송에 초청되서 공연한건데 사람들은 이게 그냥 뮤지컬 직방인줄 아는듯. 이거 한국서 2006년에 할때 롯데 샤롯데 뮤지컬 극장에서 오리지널 레퍼토리로 공연한거에요. 차지연, 박은태 배우 데뷔작이구요

런던에서도 보고 일본에서도 봤는데 차지연씨 라피키는 뭐 최고네요. 가창력 표현력 어디 하나 뒤지지 않고... 솔직히 런던 라이온킹 보고 실망했는데... 2006년에 했던 한국 공연이 훨 잘했었다는... 한국 배우들 가창력 하나는 세계 최고인듯
라이온킹 뮤지컬 처음 볼때 뭐야이건 이러면서 당황하는데 끝날때되면 개몰입되서 뒤에 사람들 하나도 안보이고 동물들 밖에 안보임

그건 아님 그때당시에 일본 극단 시키에서 공연되어서 일본이라면 거리낌이 있는 우리한국은 어린이 가족뮤지컬 정도로만 생각해서 적자를 냈음
한국어로 표현하면 어색하거나 좀 퀄리티가 떨어지는 경우가 많은데
브로드웨이많큼 스케일이 크지는 않지만
느낌도 너무 좋고 한국어가 상당히 잘어울리는것 같아서 좋네요
아프리카 초원 동물의 세계를 인간의 언어와 몸짓으로 멋지게 표현해내다니 너무 멋집니다
