12:40 when dillon was talking about being able to see the patch work if yall do decide to fix the .2 hood, I honestly think that would be really cool because then it could be apart of the "story" of the car. Ie bought the gt3rs and it was too destroyed to fix, bought the gt3 to keep the project going, and then proceeded to fix and reuse as much of the gt3rs parts as possible
Dylan is such an asset to Hunt and co. He needs a bonus when these cars come out so nice. Also this car deserves to go a light colour to remind and show off the fact the gaps are gonna look as they should.

This build needs RS hood and fenders (even just having the vents molded into the GT3 ones)..

I would weld a solid steel wire jig to all the mounting points with washers on the tub from the firewall to the front and construct paneling around it. Porsche needs to make the tubs mountable to the firewall

If Tavarish can trust carbon fiber repair on his P1 . I think you can get a 20g hood repaired . He was very happy with the results.

Recently repaired a older 911 and you can get headlight replacement lenses much cheeper option might be worth a look 👍🏼👍🏼
Try the guy that did the chassis repair on Tavarish's Mclaren 675 LT betvhe could repair the hood just as strong.

@tj, keep the lights when u order new ones, the electronics and fans need to be swapped over x
if you are planning to get the manual transmission, you should look into swapping a 992 st clutch and fly wheel, it would feel much better than the stock gt3

If only the headlight lenses are damaged there is a company called Bay Area Optics and they can replace them. I had them do my 2015 gt3 and they turned out perfect
