Olongapo Philippines USS Midway 1975-76

This reel was untitled and had 3 smaller reels spliced together onto a larger reel. I had some issues getting the spliced parts of the film through the feeder on the converter but a little video editing and I was able to remove the snags from the final product. Initially I wasn't sure where my father (Harry Gordon) had filmed this but I was able to correlate some landmarks in the video to Olongapo City in the Philippines. It was recorded sometime between 1975-76 while my father served in the Navy on the USS Midway which is also featured in the video, along with a few other battle ships. Enjoy!
