There was a republican congressman who is on film, who unlocked a door and let people in then went around the building and unlocked other doors and let the people. It will take years for all this to be resolved. All the people who were complicit, including congressmen need to be prosecuted and sent to prison.
The FBI took Epps’ picture off the wanted list within hours of the story breaking that Epps might be a fed.

Take this in front of a judge were both sides get to argue their point and people will be held accountable for what they say what evidence they produce and what tampering of evidence they don't produce. It is not the scope of Congress to investigate the crimes of non-political persons. That is the job of the FBI (or local law enforcement). The FBI is not required to share information about individual crimes with Congress. Congress has oversight power with the FBI only in matters of procedure and policy. It would be unconstitutional and not in the best interest of justice for Congress to be outing people who may or may not be under investigation and may or may not be guilty of a crime. Just because they did it with Hillary, doesn't mean they should make a practice of it.
As for Epps, it has already been demonstrated that while not very pro-American-democracy of him, he is probably not guilty of a crime.

You have as the individual,the option to go in the building, or not go in the building. There were plenty of people who were outside that were not arrested.
