Industrial gameplay is actually something that keeps bringing me back to EVE so I'm excited to try out this new system.
Its a great way to incentivise trying new things. Got me utterly hooked on Gas Huffing!
Industrial was always my more interesting part of the game. I'm more of a carebear than a PvPer and prefer that portion of any MMO. Here there is SO MUCH to do and this Air Career thing really added content.
Don't know if you are already on it, but for the Kernite mining part Making Mountains of Molehill 9/10 has a lot of it, you can just hop into a venture and mine the 4k you need for that objective.
The only downside is you must be ready to mine it when you get to this part. Once you leave the area you can’t go back. You also can’t drop or “destroy” the assistant and try to go back. I tried this and then had to create a ticket because I got stuck without the person.
Can't wait for the ore video. I use to know where everything was until the redistribution happened for the shortage cycle. Need to get that motivation back to play EvE Online a little more.

industrial enterprenuer gives you a vendure faster and without need to mine with a corvet.and is faster just because you dont need to mine in a corvet . love your work mate
True, but if you do the others first you can hand in rewards to skip some of the missions.
I kinda expected there will be PI related missions too. Would make sense to be part of industrialist's career in my opinion. But still, really nice addition for new players.
Also, to me agency icon looks like some kind of crane or manipulator holding a gem. We have same icon for news in Echoes, where you can see it much closer
Wouldent that defeat the purpose of getting new players into these diffrent activitys. If u wanna be an industrialist its a good ide to get into at some point. But dont u require a corp owned station/space to be able to start doing PI? If your new enough that u are doing these programs u probadly wont have access to PI so its probadly a good ide to not limit that 100% skill point unlock behind that requirement.
@@Shiftry87 well, I didn't played EO and don't know how everything works. If PI have such requirements, excluding it from beginner's career actually makes sense

.. ahhh - renaming/new "wrapper" and additional mechanics for the Agents' missions
.. this seems a little more complicated than the old system .. I got lost as you tried to explain how AIR interacted with the Career Agents
.. I fit a salvager in the extra high slot on an Atron early on .. then fit a Tristan as pure drone boat with a tractor beam and salvager .. for ratting

so AIR introduces further information about each area? the "next step" was 'traditionally' either concerted mission running or the Blood Stained Stars epic arc
