When you reached the sea there are some trees on the left. It's a park where i used to go and seeing the planes go for landing. I love the noise.

I always love landing at LGTS/Makedonia, especially the approach into RWY 16 over the bay and city.
Me too. I always feel dissapointed when they use another landing strip.

Panowie, czy pas 10/28 w Salonikach w końcu otworzyli? Bo miał być gotowy chyba w 2015-16 roku. Co do RWY16 to pamiętam start czarterem w wakacje, piloci musieli w tym upale zrobić rolling takeoff bo inaczej z pełnym pokładem ciężko by było na tych 2400 metrach..
W zeszłym roku jeszcze nie ;) Greckim tempem robota idzie

Excuse me, I am from there but I wanna ask you a question. What is the biggest plane that can fly in the LGTS airport
It's quite a long runway, shouldn't pose a problem for aircraft larger than 737. One limitation might be the runway strenght, it's an old construction and it might be max mass limited, but I am not sure.
@@737Aviation I've seen a330 and stuff land there now with the extension it's around 3.5 km but I've not seen any really big planes land there to be honest
