- I used to burn so easily in the sun until I cut out I used to burn so easily until I removed all PUFA’s and added vitamin E. PUFAs are inflammatory and age you. Stick to good fats like coconut, butter and ghee. Take E before your sun exposure and use a good zinc sunscreen if you’re going to be out in the sun for a while. Use common sense in the sun, but you’ll see a difference in your skin resiliency (and if you have joint pain!) by cutting out bad oils.
