I have watched literally over 150 videos of condos in downtown Toronto and this has always been the one I come back to. Even though it is much smaller and not as nice as all the other ones, it wins me over with that view and balcony. In my eyes those are the 2 more important things. Gotta be one of the WOW-i-est places I've ever seen on CZcams. Holy smokes. The decor, THAT VIEW, and even that amazing 2 car underground parking space area -- what the heck?!? I've never seen anything like that here in the states! Really stunning place. With a stunning price tag of course. Sure would like to know who all these people are that can afford living in such places, what on earth do they all do? Surely they can't ALL be CEOs, or doctors, or lawyers!

Trust ain't no breeze better than high in a building or in a mountain. We live on the 22nd floor and that itself is amazing.
My living arrangement seems to have been setup by the gods as i don't believe i could have come up with Some of the amenities on My own; it is spacious luxurious and peaceful

Horrible layout. Bedroom space is so small. Do architects believe people only want to fit a bed only in those rooms. I like the balcony but not at how it sacrifices indoor space. This is Toronto and so much of the year will be spent indoors during the cold months. All those floor to ceiling windows make it heating nightmare. Again, design these places for Canadian climate.
I agree... and I want to see the fireplace from the bed and not sit on the chair...the entire place makes no sense... just like many others don't either. 🤣🙄😵
