I’ve hit a wall at platinum 2… I’m only maybe 15% from platinum 3 but either you have to land in a secluded area or hope you get a gatekeeper at a named spot.. maybe I’ve maxed out my skills idk. I don’t rat at all and in fact I go looking for fights. I play PC

I hit unreal in ZB, but it was definitely not as easy as you'd think. It's super ratty. You can get jumpscared out of nowhere by people in attics, bushes, cars, etc. Also, endgames are way more chaotic in my opinion due to the lack of cover. I guess I still think it's a little easier to hit unreal in ZB vs builds, because I can't crack it in builds yet. The skill level in builds is just so insane, especially when you factor in ping and frames. ZB evens all that out somewhat, so the average guy stands more of a chance. Personally, I'd guess most who don't like or grind ZB ranked is due to how campy it can be.

The reason behind so many players in those lower ranks is because the good build players play a few games of zero build and don’t grind
