Let's Fix This Broken 1968 Oldsmobile TicTocTac

In this video I go through the entire process I had to go through. To get this TicTocTac back up and running correctly again.
For reference I got the circuit board from www.cajuntachs.... I really appreciate all the help they afforded me.
