When people workout as often as she does it's easy to eat way u want to....if eveyone just worked out hard then wouldn't be fat or have issues with eating whatever want. It just people want to eat whatever they want but not workout. It's common sense 😂😂

Congratulations 🎉 On a side note: be careful not to eat or take anything that causes your uterus to retract because it will cause a miscarriage. Things such as papaya seeds, pineapples, dates, celery seeds (commonly used in sausage meat, spaghetti sauce, on steaks, and more), lemon juice, eggplant, and so much more. So make sure to watch out for those and do some research as well. Also, foods to stay away from to keep you AND baby safe: deli meats, raw meats (like minced meat), raw fish such as found in sushi (you probably already know this one though), unwashed fruits and vegetables, caffeine (more than 200 mg. will cause low birth weight and can also cause a miscarriage due to depleting iron, red blood cells and also weakens your bones, women who are pregnant already have a hard enough time trying to keep enough calcium in their bones due to most of it going to the baby to grow those little tiny bones of theirs. Caffeine , since it's also a blood thinner will also thin the lining of the uterus which is what is holding the baby inside of you, obviously, so in order to keep your uterus strong, avoid any amount of caffeine like the plague). I highly recommend taking vitamin D3 and K2 and magnesium supplements. The D3 and K2 work synergeticly and they are fat soluble so you wanna take them after eating a meal with fat in it. The D3 and K2 will clean your arteries, put the calcium straight into your bones, lower cholesterol levels, promote a healthy heart and proper blood flow, boost the immune system slightly, but not too much to reject the baby, and the K2 also is something very important for your childs face and nasal passages to form the way they are meant to and also promote proper brain development. In most prenatal vitamins there will always be D3, but when I was pregnant I always make sure to take my prenatals and ALSO take a K2 supplement with it. Magnesium has all kinds of health benefits as well, but most importantly you need to take the magnesium because the D3 and K2 use up the magnesium in your body quicker than you would normally. Due to magnesium leaving your body every 24 hours, if you are not eating an unGodly amount of greens everyday, then I suggest magnesium. Another benefit to magnesium is that it thickens and strengthens the uterus so it protects the baby and prevents the chance of a miscarriage. I suggest taking 300 mg. of magnesium CITRATE since you're pregnant. If you're not pregnant then you want to be taking 200 mg. which is what I take everyday. Ever since taking these vitamins I feel like a whole new person and my energy levels are through the roof. I no longer feel down and bland and like I don't have any motivation during the day. You can have deli meats as long as they’re heated above 165°F. Premade salads are at a higher risk of giving you listeria. You do not need to take all of the supplements listed. A good prenatal supplement is sufficient and has a lot more vitamins and minerals for baby and mom. The biggest thing pregnant women need to know is that they need to double their water intake as it can cause a lot of health issues during pregnancy.

Keep YOUR body healthy and nourished so that you have the energy to 1. Have fun with your kids, 2. Lead by example with healthy eating habits and 3. That seems so tedious and miserable I'm sure it's working, But I can't do that I can't count calories and I can't count grams. I have four kids five autoimmune diseases I just want to eat when I can and try to pack as much protein and fiber into that. Really he just need your calories consume to be lower than what you use. There are tons of little calculators that will help let you know kind of where you need to be calorically if that's what you want to chase. Firstly I'm just going for whole foods The outside aisles of the grocery store. Also if you looking for an easy way from what I understand the new weight watchers is just a whole bunch of 0 points foods now a lot of them all healthy foods whole foods. But it allows for a lot and people are being successful.
