Hey Helen! I love your spreads and your art! I hear myself in your own bad mental health days. I was depressed for so long I thought it would always feel that way. I cannot recommend therapy enough. Not every therapist is your match, and that’s okay! Shop around a find one you connect to!

Here, in Portugal we have the festival and culture of sardines (sardinhas). It’s more a lisbon city thing, but all the entire country celebrates and eat a lot of sardines (not me, I don’t like the tiny fish bones 😅)
