Ricoma Embroidery Machine Maintenance

Aiden, a Ricoma Tech, came to my house to adjust the color change cam which had been the cause of my machine issues. Once he was finished we did some training and he answered some questions I had, but most importantly he showed me how to do maintenance on the machine to keep it in top condition!

Thank you so very much truly was very helpful. It would’ve been cool for them to take apart. Those screws but it is what it is. It’s fine. Did they tell you how about the TC series? Is it the same concept with the maintenance on the delivery and grease and inside the panels.
