The reason that it is not clear anymore is because of platic. In Europe are rules that big companies can not use platics anymore and must reduce it. That's why it's paper.

has anyone had any issues with missing rares? i know its 6 commons 3 uncommons 2 rares or higher and a foil or higher. I opened a trove and box and 4 of the 8 in the trove had missing rares replaced with uncommons and with the box i had 10 packs missing rares out of 24. Boxes were sealed and bought from Ravensb. is this an issue?

I've had a booster box with some packs that had this similar issue. If your trove was sealed like usual, then it could just be a mistake during the print and ship
