Two Problems occurred during Andy's Lap.
(1)►5:48 One of the visor screws fell out, he stopped and got lots of duct-tape from a marshal to tape down the visor.
(2)►14:11 Found out after that there was a slight drop in the fuel pressure delivery when he was flat out in top, only noticeable when you put the gauge on it but makes a difference on track for sure. Seemed to be a problem with Kawasaki's across the board for a while.
Most 600s are pretty even, just depends on your budget 😂
heh, the whole reason I delved into the comments was to see if you had a reason he pulled over then continued a bit later. Then answered a reply and forgot to ask this myself.

Erm yeah, not allowed to learn how to ride one of these beasts due to a pact with my father, 6 mins in that was a hold on something is wrong moment. You do not roll off and pull over on the Isle unless you have a issue. Simples, maybe the morecambe missile will win a few races this year. Fingers crossed
Also brilliant to see this in good weather even with issues, massive balls to get on the bike and go hard. Pitty the parking enforcement who will be chasing foreign bikers who parked up close to my local, high tide out of Heysham had been 30 mins previously, next High tide was a while away. You would think they will get a pass, yeah I very sadly doubt it. If only they could play the student card....

With the shade and lighting through the trees, it's hard to make out the road at high speeds. It's incredible how these riders can do this and remember the corners. The next lap would look completely different. Amazing talent and courage 👏

I raced motocross back in the day.Had some crashes that should have killed me.When we get on... or in ANYTHING... and go as fast as we can... we accept that if things go wrong... we could die.The people who never take risks... call us CRAZY.... or use the old cliche "death wish"... don't be ridiculous... nobody WANTS to die.Some of us feel MOST alive... confronting death... and "cheating the reaper". Don't lose sight of that fact that A (this is the MGP - amateur version of the TT) and B (this is on a 600cc Supersport bike). The current lap record, held by Peter Hickman is around 20mph quicker than this lap would have been.
No matter, these guys are all legends and Mr Farrell, I'll raise a glass to you Sir 🍻🍻🍻

The camera makes Bray Hill look flat but when you ride down there it's so steep, great video.

Roads sure get narrow at 200 mph ... and short. Though 20 min to go 37.73 miles is average of 100 mph or so. Some very tight turns sure does drop the average down to damn that's fast.

Facinating seeing the real thing. Been playing Ride To The Edge 2 recently on PS4 and it's surprising how accurately such a long circuit is represented. Can manage around 19 min lap on there. The little jump/chicane about a third of the way in is really sneaky on there though.
MIND BLOWN !!! I miss the zx10 bad now..I think I'de give my left nut to run the TT (after of coarse,you need both operating at full capacity for that) 😜👍💪

How many of us that can't get to the Island have their own favorite "mountain course"?
Mine starts in Oakland, Maryland. Follow US219 south to US50 east. Ride it to Mount Storm, West Virginia, then turn on WV42 south. Go west on the new US48 to Davis, WV, then back to Oakland on US219.
A word of warning: make sure someone knows that you're riding this. Besides the normal hazards, the wildlife features bears and large cats.

Even if I was motoGP level of a racer I'd start at the lightweights and then super sport, super stock then of course senior super bikes. Or play the hell out of the isle of man tt video game just like Davey Todd. That's how he said he learned it and onboard videos like you see hear. There is some parts of the track you dont even have to learn I'm ASSUMING because it flows then there is alot of hard braking corners that you have to know way ahead of time. Pretty tricky track.
If I were riding.....this race wud be over in 20 seconds .....dead.....kudos to the TT racers.....knowledge of track and the skills to ride flat out ...

So richtig Motorsport ist es ja nicht mehr, denn diese Rennmaschinen besitzen ja mittlerweile auch computerunterstützte Fahrhilfen. Allerdings ist hier immer noch eine große Herausforderung gegeben, die enge dieser Strecke, die gefährlichen Randbereiche, die hohe Geschwindigkeit und der lange Kurs, fordern dem Fahrer einiges ab.

Dangleplums he let others pass him i believe simply because he isnt racing against the clock he just shows the road. and by far this is the first dashcam completely of THE TT track .
